Campaigns for hand hygiene

The most effective way to prevent hospital acquired infections is through proper hand hygiene.

CLEO designed a campaign to inform the public of the importance of hand hygiene. The campaign was hosted in cooperation with the non-profit Company Karkinaki, and included seminars at the “Elpida” Oncological Hospital, interactive theatrical games, and the dissemination of posters and printed materials (newsletters and promoting leaflets).

In collaboration with Karkinaki and SciCo, CLEO created a video demonstrating proper handwashing, which was widely shared on social media and YouTube.

On Global Handwashing Day (October 15, 2015), CLEO also organized an interactive event for the promotion of handwashing at the “Aghia Sophia” General Children’s Hospital, with many participants of all ages, as well as members of the medical and nursing staff.
